DuraFil®

The DuraFil® label signifies monofilaments with enhanced abrasion resistance. This facilitates longer run times and a superior resistance to fibrillation. Thanks to DuraFil®, the impact of high-pressure showers during the cleaning of paper machine clothing can be much better withstood. The greater resistance of the monofilaments is achieved by increasing the molecular weight of the base polymer. Special additives further enhance the durability of the monofilaments.
