With this letter, we would like to inform you about the current changes in the management of Perlon®.
Mr. Florian Kisling has decided to leave the company for personal reasons with immediate effect.
Mr. Matthias Peter and Mr. Kamil Grzelak have taken over the management of the company as Co-CEOs. Mr. Matthias Peter was previously COO of Perlon® and has extensive operational experience. Mr. Kamil Grzelak has been with Perlon® for many years as the managing representative of the shareholder. In this role, he has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of Perlon® and has been closely involved in its implementation. This combination of in-depth Perlon® knowledge, strategic perspective and implementation experience will ideally complement the management team.

We are also pleased to announce that Ms. Lena Haubrich will assume the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO). With her many years of experience at Perlon®, most recently as Global Head of Marketing and Product Management, she will make a significant contribution to further strengthening our sales orientation and continuing the successful path of the Perlon® Group together with the management team. All previous sales contacts as well as the segment managers will remain at your disposal.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the previous CEO Florian Kisling. He has continued to develop Perlon® with great commitment and provided important impetus even in challenging times. We wish him all the best for the future and continued success.
